Following an inquiry (Captain's Consort) at the Horse Racing Division this Tuesday 30 April 2024, Trainer C. Daby was charged for breaching Rules 69.1 (with 69.1.2), 65.1 and 65.2 by the Racing Stewards.

The latter pleaded not guilty and the inquiry has been adjourned for Thursday 2nd May @ 14h00.
