At the start, INSTINCTIVE POWER (G D Aucharuz) drifted in, causing QUEST FOR GOOD (J Bardottier) to brush with KING OF COLTS (A L Da Silva). 3. Near the 600m, QUEST FOR GOOD (J Bardottier) and SHESH BESH (B Fayd’herbe) brushed. 4. Jockey GD Aucharuz was found in contravention of Rule 147(6)(a)(i), in that, prior to the 100m, he used his whip more than once on consecutive strides on his horse, INSTINCTIVE POWER. Consequently, a penalty of suspension from riding in races for one (01) Race Meeting was imposed on him, that is, for 5th November 2022. He was reminded of his right to appeal. 5. Near 1100m, FROSTED GOLD was ridden around TRIPLE FATE LINE (A L Da Silva) and near 900m shifted in and took the running of TRIPLE FATE LINE who was eased off the heels of FROSTED GOLD (B Fayd'herbe). 3. Jockey B Fayd'herbe was interviewed and subsequently he signed an admission of guilt whereby he contravened Rule 208(d), in that, whilst riding the horse FROSTED GOLD, he failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to other horses. 4. Accordingly, a penalty of suspension from riding in race for a period covering two (2) Race Meetings was imposed. Therefore, his license will stand suspended from 29th Oct 2022 to 05th Nov 2022 (both days inclusive). 5. Jockey B Fayd’herbe (FROSTED GOLD) reported this his horse brushed the rails near 400m. Soon after the start, LOCK DOWN (M P De Oliveira) drifted in causing GORDONSTOUN (J Allyhosain), to shy inwards and brush with MOROCCAN RETREAT (G D Aucharuz) and then ricocheted outwards and was awkwardly placed on the heels of LOCK DOWN (M P De Oliveira) and steadied. 4.
